ARTEMIDE
SOSPENSIONE GOPLE
Its elementary form enhances the beauty of hand-crafted glass according to an ancient Venetian technique that fades white glass into crystal glass uniting them during blowing and thus making each piece unique. This is complemented by even more innovative finishes with silver or copper vacuum metallization.
The silver, bronze, copper, white and blue finishes are made with an innovative and sustainable process of vacuum metal deposition.
From the point of view of environmental compliance, "Sputtering" is the absolute cleanest technology compared to any other coating technique for the type of metal used and because all the emissions are completely eliminated and in particular those in the atmosphere of sulfuric acid and cyanides produced by galvanic processes.
The next stage of transparent protective coating uses a solid paint with at most 5% solvents (compared to a traditional 75%). The waste generated by the process is very limited and the finish obtained is particularly resistant over time.
In all cases the glass finish is designed to best relate to the light emitted, shielding the source and maximizing direct emission thanks to transparency.
